SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free local delivery is available for orders in Denver postal codes. We charge $4.99 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from 10 am - 7 pm on all days of the week. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
At this time, we do not ship out of the USA.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through the CONTACT page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
